Fleet Wines are a small family run business based in South Gippsland. Passionate about making wines in a non-traditional way, Justin and Lisa were keen to use design as a key part of building their business right from the start. Leveraging off the success of their first vintage, they wanted to simplify the essence of the design, taking the bold wordmark and the use of colour as tasting note indicators, with them.
A simple text lockup was created with the brandmark as the visual anchor. This templated approach means varietal, year and location can change but a visual similarity sticks across various bottles shapes and colours. A two-colour palette, developed for up to 20 wines, is also a major part of the design. The colours express not only the tasting notes of each individual wine but also the passion and zeal that Justin and Lisa put into the creation of their highly quaffable wines.
